At FridayCharm, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original packaging and have not been used or swatched.

Return Process

  Log into your FridayCharm account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused beauty items in their original boxes, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
